Refunds & Returns

For any refunds and returns please email customerservice@caelusdrones.co.uk with the following information.

Reason for return

We will respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of receipt to advise you further. Where a return and refund is approved you will be issued with details on how to return the product(s)

All products being returned under the consumer contracts regulations need to be unused and original condition.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by email.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notified us of your cancellation to return the goods.

All goods unless faulty are returned at the expense of the customer. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof to avoid issues further down the line. We cannot refund items that do not get returned to us.

VAT

All UK orders will attract VAT at the current standard rate of 20%. VAT registered businesses can claim this back through the VAT returns process. If you are exempt from VAT and can provide a certificate of exemption, then please contact us directly before placing your order.

Security Policy

Caelus drones do not store or transmit personal payment information. Payments are processed by the relevant payment providers. We use Sage Pay, Barclays and Payl8r. We constantly review our security policies to ensure we exceed security standards.  Please contact us directly if you have any concerns
