Delivery Information
We will deliver stocked items within 1 – 2 working days of cleared payment. We use RoyalMail, DPD or our own delivery fleet for all of our deliveries. We appreciate our customers required their deliveries urgently so please contact us via email before ordering to see if we can guarantee either 24, 48 hour or next day by 1pm delivery. Any deliveries that appear unsatisfactory at the point of delivery MUST be recorded with the delivery company when signing for it. Any subsequent claims could be hindered if this policy is not followed correctly. Caleus Drones Ltd accepts no responsibility for unsatisfactory deliveries which are not recorded properly.
Weekend deliveries are available by arrangement only and additional charges will be incurred. All Parcels will be adequately packages to protect your items whilst in transit.
